Retail Excellence Advisory Firm of the Year - London 2024

Tessiant was founded in 2020 by Anna Barsby, Matt Neale, and Alex Ball, specialising in strategic advice and transformation delivery for retail and consumer businesses. Driven by our own experiences of leading and resourcing transformation, we set out to create a consultancy we wish we had access to. Since then, we’ve expanded, adding a Unique Advisory Service in 2021 and welcoming Stuart Smith, ex-COO of Morrisons and Tesco, to our leadership team, broadening our expertise into supply chain and operations. In 2024, we appointed Anthony Ratcliff as Managing Partner to lead Tessiant’s international growth.
