PDT Fleet Training Solutions was founded in 2012 by Director Samantha Leleu to address growing industry demand for high-quality training across all categories of commercial drivers. Our mission has been to improve road safety and workforce capability by supporting new entrants into the driving profession and helping existing drivers continually develop their skills.

We operate with a reinvestment model that channels commercial income back into talent development, supporting long-term workforce sustainability for our parent company Pertemps Recruitment’s national contingent workforce. Now part of the PNG Group, PDT has grown to become the UK’s leading provider of road risk, driver development, plant and materials handling (MHE), and broader people development training. We deliver over 30,000 training interventions annually to more than 700 clients, ranging from SMEs to some of the UK’s largest employers.
