ITC Infotech, a subsidiary of ITC, has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of Blazeclan Technologies’ share capital for up to Rs 485 crore, including contingent consideration based on achieving specific targets.
Blazeclan Technologies is a born-in-the-cloud consulting firm that specialises in providing cloud services across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
This strategic acquisition aims to enhance ITC Infotech’s capabilities to serve its clients in a multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environment. The move underscores ITC Infotech’s commitment to strengthening its partner ecosystem and accelerating future growth.
