Polish automotive e-commerce company Autofixer has secured €3 million in venture debt to support its expansion across Europe, opting for loan financing as it develops an online platform for vehicle replacement parts.

The funding, provided by Orbit Capital, will be used to enter new markets, recruit staff and improve the company's technology. Autofixer's next planned launch is in Czechia, where it expects to begin selling within the coming month. The business connects customers with compatible parts by bringing together vehicle information, product catalogues and suppliers.

Its operating model avoids holding extensive inventory. Distributors maintain product availability, while Autofixer manages online listings, marketing, customer acquisition and service across different markets. The company reported approximately €41 million in revenue during the first 10 months of 2026 and forecasts around €52 million for the full year. It also said monthly earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation have been positive since July.

Venture debt allows growing businesses to raise capital without necessarily issuing new shares, although repayments create obligations that equity investment does not. The structure can suit companies with established revenue and clearer cash flow, but it introduces financial pressure if expansion is slower than planned. Autofixer intends to broaden its product range and develop tools to help customers identify suitable parts, as well as an app for drivers. The expansion will test how effectively it manages returns, delivery standards and customer expectations. Its financing shows how European commerce start-ups are seeking alternatives to traditional venture capital as they pursue cross-border growth.
