Vodafone Business, in a bid to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with cutting-edge digital solutions, has joined forces with business management software provider Vcita to unveil a game-changing productivity app.

The newly launched app promises to revolutionise the way SMEs operate by streamlining manual tasks and offering a suite of automated and digital services. With features such as online booking and scheduling tools, as well as a centralised hub for client information, SMEs can now enhance productivity, bolster customer relations, and drive revenue growth.

According to research conducted by Vodafone, a staggering 84% of SMEs still rely on manual processes to manage daily tasks like invoicing, resulting in significant time and resource constraints. With the introduction of this innovative app, SMEs can now leverage cost-effective digital solutions to streamline operations and effectively manage their customer base.

Giorgio Migliarina, interim CEO of Vodafone Business, emphasised the company’s commitment to supporting SMEs on their digital journey. He stated, “Our partnership with Vcita is part of our investment in the development of software, cloud, and cybersecurity products specifically for SMEs, who are key to the future prosperity of our economies.”

Echoing Migliarina’s sentiments, Itzik Levy, CEO, and Founder of Vcita, highlighted the significance of the collaboration in delivering a comprehensive digital business management solution. Levy expressed pride in being the technology provider behind this groundbreaking initiative and reiterated Vcita’s dedication to empowering SMEs with the tools they need to thrive in today’s digital landscape.

With the launch of this productivity app, Vodafone aims to redefine the SME landscape, enabling businesses to operate more efficiently, compete with larger firms, and embark on a successful digital transformation journey.
